Preconception Self-Care
Offered as 2 classes, Preconception I and Preconception II (can be taken in any order), these classes provide you with the basic knowledge and practical skills that you need to optimize your conception efforts and start your family out on the healthiest path possible. Did you know that the most critical time for early fetal development in terms of maternal nutrients and toxins is actually before conception? What are the safe levels of common nutrients? Am I getting enough protein for optimal growth? Get the answer to all these questions and so much more at Balance Westside Wellness Preconception Classes.
Priority spaces given to those enrolled in the Optimal Fertility Program. Preconception I and II, each offered once a month on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8pm, are best combined with the Fertility Awareness class. Call or email today to reserve your spot. $75/person or couple for each class.
Fertility Awareness Classes
Learn everything you ever wanted to know about conception, reproductive cycles, and how to accurately and practically assess your fertility to either avoid or achieve pregnancy. Our bodies give us simple fertility clues that pass us by if we don’t know what they are or how to look for them. Learn how to record this important information and have the answers you need.
